The hotel boasts a prime location right on the beach and in the heart of the Condado district, which makes it super convenient for shopping and dining. The rooms were comfortable and serviced promptly, but the service could be a bit more accommodating. The facilities, including the infinity pools, were excellent, but I felt the dining options could use improvement. Overall, the value for money is decent, though I had hoped for a more seamless experience with the staff.
